Capacity

  • 492 m²
  • Enjoy our cosy indoor spaces, perfect for year-round gatherings and events of up to 950 guests.
  • Our Library is ideal for small meetings with up to 6 guests seated or get-togethers with up to 20 people.
  • Planning a seated event? No problem, we'll provide some comfy spots.

Food & drinks

  • While we don’t operate a restaurant, our Italian-influenced snack buffet is sure to delight your taste buds.
  • You can choose your drinks from our pre-selected packages at the bar, freshly mixed by our talented barkeepers. Our standard menu is not available for events.
  • Feeling like a cocktail mixologist? Help yourself at our self-service Gin bar.
  • Have special requests for bringing your own beverage or food specialities? We’re happy to accommodate for an extra charge.
  • If our menu doesn’t quite fit your needs, or if you’re planning an event for over 50 people, we can recommend trusted external caterers. Alternatively, feel free to bring your favourite caterer.

Music

  • Enjoy free tunes from Ruby Radio, or let us connect you to our local Ruby Artists. 
  • Want to bring your favourite artist or band? Awesome. Simply make sure they get their gear, including speakers. 
  • Prefer your own music? No worries, just bring your equipment. Remember, the organizer needs to register music licences.
  • To keep everyone happy, the volume should be guest-friendly. After midnight, indoor music should be at a background level.

Consumption

  • For events with more than 30 guests, we ask for a minimum spend of €100 (gross) per person, along with the selection of a drink package.
  • For events with fewer than 30 guests, there's no minimum spend. You can order drinks à la carte instead of picking a package. If you'd like to add food, you can do so in advance.
  • If the agreed minimum spend isn’t met, we’ll list the difference as room rental on the final invoice.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your event.
  • If you cancel up to 7 days before the event, we'll charge you 50% of the agreed amount. From the 6th day onward, it's 100%.
  • And remember, if you can't make it, we'll miss you, but we'll have to charge the full amount.

Payment

  • Please settle the contractually agreed amount by bank transfer no later than 7 days before your event. 
  • Any extra goodies and their costs can be paid on-site with a card on the day.
  • If you can't pay on-site, we'll send an invoice afterward. 
  • We'll email the invoice to the address we've agreed on.

Our location

The pubs, shops and restaurants of Temple Bar are a ten-minute walk from Ruby Molly. The Guinness Storehouse is a 25-minute stroll away, as is pretty Phoenix Park, while the journey from the airport takes 40-50 minutes by bus.
