Inspired by the one and only Mlle. Chanel, Ruby Coco’s surrounded by the biggest names in fashion, whose stores line leafy Königsallee, affectionately known as the Kö. 


In the elegant, understated bar the champagne's flowing, along with signature cocktails, beer and wine. Drop by to catch an up-and-coming band, grab an apéro with friends, or settle in for a sundowner on the café-style roof terrace. And when it's time to get your beauty sleep, you'll find a haven of Lean Luxury calm in your room.


Coco's a stone's throw from Dusseldorf's old town, along with the bars and restaurants of Ratinger Strasse. And, right on our doorstep, the Kö offers window-shopping, boutique-hopping and people-watching galore. Don your monochrome and join in the fun.

Breezing into Ruby Coco from Dusseldorf’s chicest street, we challenge you not to slip into a nonchalant strut. Flanked by antique sewing machines, the runway-like approach is just asking for a sneaky sashay. So, bags down and best foot forward. Inspired by our designer neighbours, we've taken our lead from an icon: Coco Chanel. Just like her signature style, we're understated and elegant, mixing monochrome with muted tones, eclectic textures and playful accessories. Good to know

How do I get to Ruby Coco?

You'll find us at Steinstrasse 13/Königsallee 60, 40212 Dusseldorf.

Steinstrasse station is right outside the hotel, with the city’s main station a four-minute hop on the U-Bahn or a 12-minute walk away. From there, the trip to the airport takes 15 minutes by S-Bahn.

Is there anywhere to park?

We don't have our own car park, but Ruby Coco guests can get an exclusive discount at Q-Park Stilwerk, just a couple of minutes’ walk from our door. Simply book your spot in advance.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 11am.


If you arrive before 3pm, we'll do our best to find you a room. Otherwise, we'll happily look after your bags while you go exploring or grab a drink.


Fancy a lie in? Just ask our hosts for late check-out options when you arrive.


To check in, look for the screen at the bar and tap in your details. Your key card will pop out the slot and you can head straight to your room. If you need any help, just ask.


There's no need to check out. Simply leave your key card at the bar or in the drop box. We'll send the invoice for your stay to the email address you used when booking.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel?

Vacation with your dog? Absolutely – at Ruby, you can enjoy your best travel moments with your loyal companion. The process is simple: choose your desired hotel, select the Wow Room, and book a spot for your four-legged friend. Your dog can stay with us for € 30 per stay.


Since you know best what your furry friend likes, feel free to bring along treats, a bed, and other favourite items.

What are the opening times of the roof terrace?

Our roof terrace with Parisian-style café awaits you daily, from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. Escape the city buzz, spend a lazy afternoon basking with a book above the skyline of Dusseldorf and unwind after a long day with a refreshing cocktail at sunset.

Left something behind? We'll do our best to reunite you. Just fill in our lost and found form and our housekeeping team will check if it's been handed in.


We can store your lost item for up to six months after your check-out date. After that, we’ll need to make room for the lost treasures of other guests and dispose of any unclaimed belongings. Thank you for your understanding.
