Drawing inspiration from Charles Dickens, the 24-hour bar at Ruby Stella is an ode to the art and industry of printing and bookbinding.


Settle in among the vintage tomes to sip a cocktail and share your own tall tales, or grab a seat on the terrace with a book and a beer or two.


While our signature Negroni is hard to beat, we also serve up wines, beers and tasty softies, along with freshly brewed barista coffee.


Fancy a little something on the side? Our Italian-inspired pizzas, piadine and piatti are just the job.
