All that's missing is the sea

Designed to lift your mood and brighten your day, the vibrant bar at Ruby Zoe is a laidback space inspired by island life. 


Amid sun-bleached shutters and colourful, statement seating, we've scattered artwork and instruments from across the Caribbean. Carnival costumes rub shoulders with traditional weaving, steel pans and wooden shakers, and our vinyl collection is just waiting to be taken for a spin.


While our signature Negroni is hard to beat, we also serve up wines and beers, along with tasty softies and freshly brewed barista coffee.


Fancy a little something on the side? Our Italian-inspired pizzas, piadine and piatti are just the job.
