Colours of the carnival in London

The Caribbean is calling, so get ready for a warm welcome and sunshiney vibes at Ruby Zoe. Influenced by cultures from the West Indies and beyond, Notting Hill has a rich history of carnival and celebration. That's why we've drawn inspiration from island life, with bold shades, warm textures and nods to music and costumes.

Drop by the friendly bar to catch an up-and-coming band, grab a rum punch with friends, or settle in with a signature cocktail or two. And when the party's over, you'll find a haven of Lean Luxury calm in your room.

Ruby Zoe is a five-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate station, if you're heading into town. It's worth staying local though, with parks, markets and museums all within easy strolling distance.

  • A stylish café with eclectic furniture, green plants, wall art, and a vintage green car parked inside, creating a quirky and cozy atmosphere with warm lighting and wooden floors.
  • A cozy living room with a brown leather sofa, a wooden coffee table with a decorative bowl, a blue chair, and a lit table lamp beside rustic wooden panels. A green plant is partially visible in the foreground.
  • A cozy cafe interior with a blue curved booth, round wooden table, patterned chairs, a wicker vase, a hanging woven lamp, and a large rustic mirror on the wall reflecting the room.
  • A bright, minimalist bedroom with a large bed, white linens, a wooden headboard, a wicker chair, and three decorative house-shaped wall art pieces above the bed. Light streams in from a window with white curtains.

Vintage meets carnival

From the pastel shades of Portobello Road to the annual carnival parade, there’s colour and character at every turn in pretty Notting Hill. Inspired by the neighbourhood's Caribbean connections, we've blended brightly coloured shutters and intricate panelling with bold prints and sun-bleached wood. You may even spot a costume or two, alongside the musical instruments and speakers that give carnival its extra oomph.
