In the atmospheric bar and the pretty roof garden, our expert mixologists stir up signature potions, alongside carefully picked beers and wines. Start your evening with a cocktail, catch a local band or drop in for a nightcap – we're open 24/7. Come bedtime though, each room at Ruby Rosi is a haven of Lean Luxury calm, designed with serious sleep in mind. 


Rosi's right across the road from Munich Hauptbahnhof, which is 45 minutes by S-Bahn from the airport. The city's top shopping streets and famous sights are all a short walk away.

Folklore meets design

For centuries, Bavaria has been the home of German folklore and fairy tale. So where better to create a little escape from reality, in the shape of Ruby Rosi? Taking inspiration from folk singer Bally Prell’s iconic Isarmärchen, and drawing on the contrast found in all good folk tales, the bar blends palatial and pastoral fairytale touches. Sleeping Beauty meets Rumpelstiltskin as opulent fabrics, marble and brass are set off by rustic wood panelling, vintage tiles and blackened steel.

Good to know

How do I get to Ruby Rosi?

You'll find us at Bayerstrasse 21, 80335 Munich. Ruby Rosi is a one-minute walk from Munich's main station, which is 45 minutes from the airport by S-Bahn. You'll also find trams and intercity trains right outside the door.

Is there anywhere to park?

We don't have our own car park, but Ruby Rosi guests get an exclusive 50% discount at Parkhaus im Elisenhof, just a few minutes’ walk from our front door.


Simply park your car, take a ticket, then ask a Ruby host to stamp it. Your discount will be applied when you leave the car park.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 11am.


If you arrive before 3pm, we'll do our best to find you a room. Otherwise, we'll happily look after your bags while you go exploring or grab a drink.


Fancy a lie in? Just ask our hosts for late check-out options when you arrive.


To check in, look for the screen at the bar and tap in your details. Your key card will pop out the slot and you can head straight to your room. If you need any help, just ask.


There's no need to check out. Simply leave your key card at the bar or in the drop box. We'll send the invoice for your stay to the email address you used when booking.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel?

Vacation with your dog? Absolutely – at Ruby, you can enjoy your best travel moments with your loyal companion. The process is simple: choose your desired hotel, select the Wow Room category, and book a spot for your four-legged friend. Your dog can stay for 30 EUR per stay.


Since you know best what your furry friend likes, feel free to bring along treats, toys, a bed, and other favorite items.

What are the opening times of the rooftop garden?

Our pretty rooftop garden awaits you daily, from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. Between 08:00 am and 05:00 pm grab your coffee, your favourite drink or a snack at the fourth-floor bar. Once the clock strikes 05:00 pm (except Sundays), our hosts will whisk up delightful drinks for you, high above the skyline of Munich. Get cozy and soak in the laid-back vibes while catching the sunset.

Lost & found

Left something behind? We'll do our best to reunite you. Just fill in our lost and found form and our housekeeping team will check if it's been handed in.


We can store your lost item for up to six months after your check-out date. After that, we’ll need to make room for the lost treasures of other guests and dispose of any unclaimed belongings. Thank you for your understanding.
