Niklas’ musical journey is all about rhythm and soul. Starting with the djembe, he expanded his sound over the years with the Hang – a Swiss instrument that's now at the heart of his style. With concerts worldwide and two CDs with the ethnic jazz trio Baldachin, Niklas didn’t stop there. Two years ago, he and Bernd Ammann launched the electro-acoustic techno duo Harz, set to release their debut album this November in Vienna. Since his solo album Fahrtwind (2017), Niklas has captivated audiences with performances that blend new and old compositions into soulful, meditative, cinematic soundscapes.
