Daniele Folcarelli, aka Folcast, was born in Rome in 1992 into a family of musicians. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist turned conservatory-trained guitarist, he blends funk, R&B, soul and rap into a sound that’s both tight and emotionally charged.

In 2020, a collaboration with Tommaso Colliva led to Scopriti - taking him to Sanremo Giovani and onto the Sanremo Festival stage in 2021, where he placed third in the New Proposals category. Tours across Italy followed, including opening shows for Max Gazzè, Daniele Silvestri and Carmen Consoli. His second album Tempisticamente (2022) expanded his sonic universe, while Tutti i miei piani (2024) marks his latest chapter - bold, personal and unmistakably Folcast.
