How does the check-in and check-out work?

Our check-in process is a breeze with our 60-second self check-in—just arrive, tap in, and unpack. When you're ready to check out, simply drop your key card at the bar, and you're all set to go.

How do you handle bookings and payments?

Our booking process is incredibly effortless and straightforward. Simply choose whichever method suits you best – whether it's paying the total invoice via bank transfer or credit card, splitting the bill, or selecting the self-payment option.


We offer two types of allotments: fixed and call-in. If you choose the fixed allotment, payment must be made in full before arrival, either by credit card or bank transfer. With the call-in allotment, guests are responsible for their own booking and payment, which can only be done via credit card. Please note, these two options cannot be combined.

What services do you offer for groups?

Less is more, but we’ve got some delightful extras just for you. Enjoy our room drop service, let us help you plan unforgettable events at our hotels, experience seamless cashless payments from start to finish, and rely on our dedicated team to make your stay exceptional.

Can we store our luggages before check-in?

Absolutely. Just let us know when your group is arriving and how many pieces of luggage to expect.

Do you have rooms with separate beds?

While most of our rooms feature a double bed, we offer a variety of options to suit different needs: the Mate Rooms at Ruby Emma come with two separate beds, the Band Rooms at Ruby Leni accommodate up to three people, and the Maisonette Rooms at Ruby Bea include a double bed plus a sofa bed.

Is there parking available for coaches?

Being right in the heart of the city means we’re all about the hustle and bustle. While we don’t always have room for coach parking, some of our hotels offer the best of both worlds, contact us for more information. 

Can we arrange a shuttle to the hotel?

No need. Our hotels are super easy to reach by public transport from the airport. So, you can hop on a bus, train, or tram and be with us in no time.
