Dolce Vita in Florence – Ruby Bea

Above Florence’s terracotta rooftops, Ruby Bea’s rooftop blends casual comfort with Renaissance romance. Sip your Aperol Spritz and take in the city’s rich history – a perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. We’re open daily from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, from Easter through October.

Sky-High in Düsseldorf – Ruby Coco, Luna & Leni

Three of our Düsseldorf hotels invite you to explore the city from above:

 

Ruby Coco: Fancy a glass of Chardonnay above the Königsallee? Ruby Coco’s rooftop serves up stylish drinks and insider vibes right in the heart of the famous shopping boulevard. Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, with bar service all day.

 

Ruby Leni: How about breakfast in the fresh air? On Ruby Leni’s rooftop, you can start your day with coffee, croissants, and sunshine. We’re open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

 

Ruby Luna: Your after-work drink just got an upgrade. Ruby Luna’s rooftop offers top-notch drinks and beautiful skyline views – plus a touch of space-age flair. Open Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and weekends from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Right on the canal in the heart of Hamburg, Ruby Lotti’s waterfront terrace is a hidden gem with water views and chilled-out charm. Whether under fairy lights or in the glow of the sunset, this is where you’ll feel the soul of the city. Open daily from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Ruby Lilly: With views of the old botanical garden, Ruby Lilly’s rooftop is ideal for winding down after a day in town. Expect laid-back vibes and city flair – no dress code required. Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

 

Ruby Rosi: Just steps from the main station, Ruby Rosi’s rooftop is a whimsical hideaway of colourful tiles, lush greenery, and Bavarian charm. Open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Eine ruhige Auszeit am See gefällig? Das Rooftop der Ruby Claire ist wie gemacht für besinnliche Stunden unterm Sternenhimmel oder einen romantischen Abend zu zweit. Wir haben von Sonntag bis Mittwoch von 6:00 bis 1:00 Uhr und Donnerstag bis Samstag von 6:00 bis 2:00 Uhr für dich geöffnet.

Maritimer Charme in Hamburg – Ruby Lotti 
Mitten in Hamburg, direkt am Fleet gelegen, findest du die Waterfront Terrace der Ruby Lotti – eine wahre Oase mit Wasserblick. Ob beim Sonnenuntergang oder unter Lichterketten – hier spürst du Hamburgs Seele ganz nah. Wir haben täglich von 12:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet.

 

City-Vibes mit Entspannung in Wien – Ruby Marie
Yoga-Flow oder Lazy Afternoon? Die Terrasse der Ruby Marie passt sich deinem Rhythmus an – hier kannst du ganz du selbst sein, egal ob du mit Sonnengruß in den Tag starten oder in der Abendsonne relaxen willst. Unsere Terrasse ist täglich von 10:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet.
