With Ruby Giulia, the Ruby Group opens its second hotel in Italy following the debut of Ruby Bea in Florence. The 164-room property transforms a historic government building in the heart of Rome into a Lean Luxury hotel that blends cinematic design, local spirit, and modern comfort.
The group continues its Scandinavian expansion with a second Swedish hotel, bringing 78 rooms of Lean Luxury design to Malmö’s creative heart. Located in the lively Davidshall district and developed in partnership with Revelop, the project will transform a former office building into a stylish new destination with vibrant public areas, just minutes from Copenhagen.
Ruby strengthens its leadership team with the return of Jens Gmiat as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Gmiat will help drive the Group’s next phase of growth and the international strategic rollout of its Lean Luxury model.
Ruby Group has announced plans for its first hotel in Greece, a 114-room Lean Luxury property in the heart of Athens. Located near Omonia Square, the project is being developed in collaboration with real estate partner Primetown Development. The Athens property marks a key milestone in Ruby Group’s continued international growth and strengthens its presence in Southern Europe.
The Ruby Group announces a new Lean Luxury hotel in Geneva, developed in partnership with PSP Swiss Property, one of Switzerland’s leading real estate companies. The project marks the group’s second hotel in Geneva, the group’s third hotel in Switzerland, and the 34th hotel of the group, overall.
