What's new at Ruby

Ruby opens Ruby Lilou in Marseille, marking the brand’s debut in France alongside Ruby Yani, the first Ruby Workspaces location in the country. Set between the historic Vieux Port and the creative energy of La Joliette, the 237-room hotel draws on Marseille’s distinctive blend of Mediterranean ease and rebellious creativity. Ruby Lilou combines character-rich design, laid-back social spaces, a sun-drenched rooftop terrace and Ruby’s signature 24/7 bar and café, creating a vibrant destination for cosmopolitan travellers, locals and creative minds.

The Ruby Group is strengthening its presence in Northern Europe with a new project in Finland. The upcoming Ruby Hotel in Helsinki will be located in the vibrant Kamppi district within the historically significant Professor House “Proffa”. It will feature 84 rooms, bringing Ruby’s Lean Luxury philosophy to one of the city’s most creative and culturally rich neighbourhoods. The Project will be developed in partnership with long-term real estate partner Union Investment.

Ruby opens Ruby Frida in Stockholm. It is the brand’s first property in Sweden and an electric new addition to its ever-growing global portfolio. Located in the vibrant Stockholm district of Kungsholmen near Fridhemsplan, inspired by the city’s influential music heritage and the creative spirit of the swinging sixties, the 187-room hotel introduces Ruby’s signature character-rich, design-led approach to one of Stockholm’s most connected and fast evolving areas  Ruby Frida combines dynamic social spaces, a design concept deeply connected to Stockholm’s cultural pulse, a 24 serving cocktails and barista coffee, and an effortless guest experience designed around what cosmopolitan travellers value most.

Ruby Group continues to grow its presence in Italy with a new Ruby Hotels project in Milan. Following successful openings in Florence and Rome, the upcoming Ruby hotel marks the group’s third location in the Italian market. Located in the vibrant Isola district, the hotel brings the brand’s Lean Luxury philosophy to one of Europe’s most influential lifestyle destinations. The hotel will feature 128 rooms and reflect Milan’s distinctive urban energy. The project is being developed in partnership with landlord Kervis SGR S.p.A.

IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, celebrates the U.S. market debut of its Ruby Hotels brand with a property in the heart of downtown Chicago. Ruby Group will develop and operate the hotel under a 30-year franchise agreement with IHG, overseeing the comprehensive renovation and repositioning of the historic Inn of Chicago building into a vibrant Ruby Hotels property that blends soulful design with its storied past.

With Ruby Giulia, the Ruby Group opens its second hotel in Italy following the debut of Ruby Bea in Florence. The 164-room property transforms a historic government building in the heart of Rome into a Lean Luxury hotel that blends cinematic design, local spirit, and modern comfort.
