We miss you and look forward to welcoming you with a smile in our hotels and destinations soon. Due to the current situation, our hotels are temporarily closed. As soon as we can welcome guests again, you'll be the first to know.


To help you unwind with complete peace of mind nevertheless, we’ve made some changes to the way we do things.


From taking extra care with cleaning and making space for social distancing, to adapting our breakfast buffet, we’re doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and happy.

We’ve also created a new Member Flex Rate for extra flexibility in these uncertain times - a new, fully flexible rate - with free cancellation until the day before you stay.


So whatever your reason for hitting the city, we look forward to seeing you soon - safe, sound and sparkling.

Safe, Sound & Sparkling

We take your safety seriously, so we’re being even more careful than usual with our cleaning. We’ve also made a few other changes, to help keep everyone healthy and happy.


  • Spotless bedrooms – every room is deep cleaned and disinfected between guests.
  • Squeaky clean shared spaces  we regularly clean and disinfect public areas throughout the day.
  • Spotlight on surfaces – all touchscreens, handles and buttons are cleaned at least once an hour.
  • Hand sanitiser on tap – you’ll find touch-free dispensers at the bar, at check-in and in the WCs.
  • Brand new key cards – your key card will be freshly made for your stay.
  • Face masks and screens – for extra peace of mind, we’ve put up screens and are wearing face masks.
  • Fewer seats for extra space – sadly, that means no bar stools for now - sorry.
  • Cashless and quick – we can only accept card and contactless payments at the bar.
  • Fresh barista coffee at the bar – you can also pick up free tea or instant coffee in the Galley.
  • Get a taste of the neighbourhood – our favourite local restaurants are now delivering their top dishes.
  • Certified water quality – just the same as always.

For your safety and ours, all of our infection-control measures meet B·A·D’s Covid-19 occupational safety standard.

Our new breakfast

Good news: we’re still serving up our tasty breakfast treats at Ruby.

But we gave our beloved breakfast buffet a new look. Help yourself to some pre-filled breakfast basics like fresh juices, milk variations, powerfood muesli and eggs from happy chickens on our buffet. Additionally, you can order extra delicious breakfast treats like cold cuts, cheese or barista coffee for free as you like.

This new process makes sure you're not touching anything but your own food to make sure we can guarantee a maximum of safety for your morning coffee break.
