Inspired by the department’s 1970s heyday, we’ve blended bold colours with striking patterns, soft velvets with polished chrome. And – what else? – a spot or two of shag pile.

Of course when in Rome, al fresco is best. So hop in the lift to survey the city from our charming roof terrace.

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early, we're happy to look after your bags. Check-out is at 11am. Just drop your key card at the bar and we'll email your invoice.

You'll find free tea and an iron on floor 2. There’s also a Maxi Bar where you can buy everything from drinks and snacks to an umbrella or a toothbrush.

Elevate your stay

With uninterrupted views towards the centre of Rome, it’s easy to see why our roof was such a hot spot for spying. Now though, we’ve swept away the surveillance kit to make way for a sun-soaked, split-level terrace. Catch some morning rays with your cappuccino, or escape the afternoon heat with iced coffee in a shady spot. Our favourite though: watching the sun dip below the horizon, Negroni Sbagliato in hand. Bliss.

We only go al fresco in fair weather, so please ask a host for opening times during your stay.

Enjoy our breakfast

Our tasty, locally sourced breakfast buffet is served in the bar every morning, along with bottomless barista coffee or organic tea. Tuck in to fresh fruit and superfood cereals, along with wholegrain bread and a delicious selection of meats and cheeses. For a taste of Rome, try our local specialities.

Didn't book breakfast? No problem. We'd still love to see you there. It's €22, which we'll charge to your card.

Our location

You’ll find Ruby Giulia a ten-minute walk from Roma Termini station, en route to Rome’s top sights. The Trevi Fountain and Roman Forum are both a 15-minute wander away, while you can reach the Colosseum or Pantheon in 20 minutes. For something more sacred, extend your stroll and cross the Tiber to see to the Vatican City in around 45 minutes. From Roma Termini station, the airport’s 30 minutes by train.
