Housed in a former wine merchant’s warehouse and inspired by the vineyards that encircle the city of Stuttgart, Ruby Hanna is a love letter to the region's centuries-old wine-making story.

Save water, drink cocktails

Help us save water by swapping your daily room clean for a freshen up every three days and have a drink on us. Just ask a host.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early, we're happy to look after your bags. Check-out is at 11am. Just drop your key card at the bar and we'll email your invoice.

Perched on the mezzanine, it's a tranquil spot to catch your breath and collect your thoughts. Plug in your gadgets at the table and speed through your to-do list with free superfast WiFi, or curl up in a cosy chair to finish that last chapter.

Enjoy our breakfast

Our tasty, locally sourced breakfast buffet is served in the bar every morning, along with bottomless barista coffee or organic tea. Tuck in to fresh fruit and superfood cereals, along with wholegrain bread and a delicious selection of meats and cheeses. Our favourite is the local speciality, Bibbeleskäs. This light, creamy cheese is delicious slathered on a generous chunk of fresh bread.
