Une ode à l’énergie alternative

Inspiré par la certification LEED Platine de notre bâtiment en matière de développement durable, le bar de Ruby Emma est une ode à l’énergie alternative. 


Des voiles colorées au-dessus du bar aux installations mues par le vent ou les mains ou alimentées à la pomme de terre, vous découvrirez des sources d’énergie anciennes et non conventionnelles à chaque pas. Et si l’activité devient trop intense, asseyez-vous pendant que nous vous préparons un sundowner. 


Bien que nos cocktails signature soient difficiles à battre, aucun voyage à Amsterdam ne serait complet sans un verre de bière blonde locale. Nous avons également de délicieuses boissons gazeuses et, bien sûr, du café de barista fraîchement préparé.

Ruby Emma fonctionne sans argent liquide

Dans le cadre de notre approche Lean Luxury, le bar de Ruby Emma n’utilise pas d’argent liquide. Il vous suffit d’utiliser votre carte pour obtenir des cocktails, des cafés et bien plus encore.
