Mélangeant le faste des années 1990 et le glamour des années 1950, le bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 de Ruby Ella est conçu dans le style épuré d’un studio de télévision, en clin d’œil au passé du site. Laissez-nous vous préparer un verre, puis faites-vous passer pour un animateur de talk-show et prenez place parmi les micros, les projecteurs et les instruments de musique. 


Le jour, c’est un endroit décontracté où faire une pause dans la ville. Au coucher du soleil, les néons ludiques s’allument et le jeu des cocktails passe au niveau suivant. 


Pour vous rafraîchir, la bière Kölsch locale est difficile à battre. Notre équipe talentueuse prépare également des cocktails classiques et sert aussi du vin, des boissons gazeuses et, bien sûr, du café de barista fraîchement préparé.
