Inspiré par le mélange d’urbain et de rural du marché voisin datant du 19e siècle, le bar de Ruby Molly est un endroit plein d’ambiance où s’installer pour prendre un verre. Prenez un cocktail, installez dans un coin confortable et préparez-vous à partager des histoires à dormir debout et des projets grandioses. 


De jour, c’est un endroit décontracté où l’on peut siroter un café en regardant passer le monde. Le soir venu, les lumières sont tamisées et le jeu des cocktails passe au niveau suivant. 


Même si le Delicious Sour, notre cocktail signature, est difficile à battre, nous servons également du vin, de la bière et de délicieuses boissons gazeuses, ainsi que du café barista fraîchement préparé.

Delicious Sour

Infusé avec le Poitin, mélangé à la douceur des pommes, la rusticité du romarin, des zestes d’agrumes et une touche de gingembre, ce mélange exquis révèle l'esprit irlandais.

Ruby Molly fonctionne sans argent liquide

Dans le cadre de notre approche Lean Luxury, le bar de Ruby Molly n’utilise pas d’argent liquide. Il vous suffit d’utiliser votre carte pour obtenir des cocktails, des cafés et bien plus encore.
