Quoi voir et quoi faire

À deux pas des boutiques de Genève et des rives du lac Léman, Ruby Claire est aussi bien situé pour le shopping que pour les promenades au bord de l’eau. 

Shopping

Pour ceux qui sont à la recherche d’une thérapie par le détail, les meilleurs magasins de la ville se trouvent à deux pas. Les rues parallèles Rue du Rhône et Rue du Marché sont bordées de magasins de luxe et, bien sûr, de nombreux horlogers. Passez y faire un tour pour acheter des vêtements de créateurs ou pour observer les gens. 

Lac Léman

Pour rejoindre les rives du lac, suivez votre nez jusqu’au Jardin d’Anglais et sa célèbre horloge florale. De là, vous apercevrez le Jet d’Eau qui jaillit au-dessus de l’eau. De mai à septembre, ne manquez pas de vous y promener à la tombée de la nuit pour le voir dans toute sa splendeur illuminée. Si vous souhaitez sortir sur l’eau, vous trouverez de tout, des pédalos aux paddleboards, en passant par les planches à voile et les wakeboards, avec des cours pour les débutants. 

Centre-ville

Une fois sec, une courte promenade à l’intérieur des terres vous mènera au cœur historique de la ville, où de jolies brasseries et des bars animés encerclent l’ancienne Bourg-de-Four. Pour les amateurs de sciences, le CERN est à une demi-heure de tramway de Ruby Claire. 

Vues

Pour les âmes aventureuses, les Alpes et le Jura à portée de main offrent des randonnées d’une journée avec des vues magnifiques. Et si vous souhaitez une pause et un sundowner, quel meilleur endroit que les Bains des Pâquis historiques – plage en été et sauna en hiver ?
