Inspiré par la longue histoire du quartier South Bank en matière d’amusement décomplexé, le bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 de Ruby Lucy est une ode discrète à tout ce qui a trait au carnaval. Imaginez des guirlandes lumineuses et des bandes semblables à celles d’un cirque, des jeux vintage et des instruments anciens. N’oubliez pas de lever les yeux pour découvrir un ou deux manèges défiant les lois de la gravité. 


De jour, c’est un endroit décontracté où l’on peut siroter un café en regardant passer le monde. Le soir venu, au milieu des lumières scintillantes, le jeu des cocktails passe au niveau suivant. 


Même si le Negroni, notre cocktail signature, est difficile à battre, nous servons également du vin, de la bière et de délicieuses boissons gazeuses, ainsi que du café de barista fraîchement préparé.
