Sul bar si dispiegano vele colorate, mentre marchingegni eolici, a carica manuale o addirittura alimentati da patate, e una geniale carrellata di fonti di energia antiche e non convenzionali ti accompagnano a ogni passo nel nostro bar, dove naturalmente potrai rilassarti, quando le tue energie si stanno per esaurire: i nostri barman sapranno ridarti la carica giusta.


Oltre a cocktail sapientemente mixati, a tua disposizione c’è anche un’ampia scelta di birra lager locale che ad Amsterdam non può mancare. Per ricaricare la tua batteria, il bar di Ruby Emma offre naturalmente anche bevande analcoliche e il nostro caffè dall’aroma sempre intenso e fragrante.
