Cioccolato e formaggio, ma anche aria salubre e molta cultura, sono i caratteri dominanti impressi nel codice genetico ginevrino che fanno di Ginevra una meta di prim’ordine del turismo urbano e una tappa obbligata di ogni grand tour della Svizzera. Per gli amanti dello shopping l’unico limite potrebbe essere il portafoglio, che troverà difficile resistere alle tentazioni dei marchi internazionali e delle piccole boutique che abbondano di stravaganti pezzi unici a prezzi davvero sorprendenti.
Ginevra si trova nella posizione perfetta per effettuare escursioni sulle Alpi o sul massiccio del Giura, da cui si aprono panorami mozzafiato. Per una pausa di meritato benessere niente è meglio delle storiche terme Bains des Pâquis, stazione balneare aperta al pubblico in estate e centro sauna in inverno.


A pochi isolati dal lungolago e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale della città, Ruby Claire è situato in una posizione ideale soprattutto per brevi soggiorni.

A pochi passi dalle boutique di Ginevra e dalle rive del Lago Lemano, Ruby Claire è in un’ottima posizione per fare shopping e passeggiate lungolago.

Shopping

Per chi ha bisogno di un po’ di shopping terapeutico, i migliori negozi della città sono proprio davanti alla porta. Le strade parallele, Rue du Rhône e Rue du Marché, sono costeggiate da negozi di lusso e, ovviamente, da tantissimi orologiai. Fai un salto in questa zona per fare scorta di capi firmati o concederti un po’ di relax guardando i passanti.

Lago di Ginevra

Visita il famoso Jardin d’Anglais con il suo famoso orologio floreale e dirigiti verso il lungolago. Dalla riva si vede l’altissimo getto del Jet d’Eau, la fontana sull’acqua simbolo di Ginevra, che raggiunge i 140 metri. Da maggio a settembre consigliamo di fare una passeggiata al tramonto per vedere il getto illuminato in tutto il suo splendore. Se hai voglia di divertimenti acquatici, al lago troverai qualsiasi tipo di attività, dai pedalò alle tavole da SUP, dal windsurf al wakeboard, anche con lezioni per principianti.

Centro città

Quando sarai di nuovo sulla terra ferma, una breve passeggiata verso l’interno della città ti porterà nel centro storico, dove splendide brasserie e vivaci bar si affacciano sull’antica piazza Bourg-de-Four. Per gli appassionati della scienza, il CERN è a mezz’ora in tram da Ruby Claire.

Viste

Per i più avventurosi le Alpi e il massiccio del Giura sono facilmente raggiungibili per escursioni giornaliere con panorami stupendi. Per una pausa di meritato benessere niente è meglio delle storiche terme Bains des Pâquis, stazione balneare aperta al pubblico in estate e centro sauna in inverno.
