Geneva, renowned for its cosmopolitan flair, scenic landscapes, and rich history, is a place begging to be explored. Thanks to Geneva Tourism and the Geneva Transport Card, navigating Geneva’s greatest attractions has become a breeze.

The Geneva Travel Card (GTC) makes exploring the city easier than ever before. Included with your stay at Ruby Claire, this card grants you free access to the city's excellent public transportation network, UNIRESO. Whether you’re embarking on a tram ride through the city's bustling streets, boarding a bus, cruising on a yellow taxi boat across Lake Geneva, or catching an SBB train, the GTC gives access to all modes of transport, offering convenience and ease of travel throughout the city.

With the local bus and tram system covering virtually every square meter of the city, Geneva boasts an efficient public transportation system that connects every part of the city. At its heart is TPG (Transports Publics Genevois), which operates local trams and buses. UNIRESO extends this network to include yellow taxi boats on Geneva Lake and SBB trains. Be sure to check out the city's public transport map for more details.

  • A yellow boat glides across a calm lake with a large water fountain spraying high into the sky in the background, city buildings and mountains visible under a clear blue sky.
  • A cityscape at dusk shows a lit Ferris wheel, colorful flags along a bridge, and buildings illuminated by lights, with a mountain in the background and water in the foreground.
  • A martini glass with a yellow cocktail garnished with a physalis fruit next to a tumbler with an amber drink and orange peel, both on a reflective gold table in a dimly lit, modern bar.
  • A neatly made bed with white linens and pillows is centered against a dark wooden headboard. Two wall-mounted reading lamps flank the bed, and a decorative woven wall hanging is displayed above the headboard.
  • A modern bar viewed through glass windows at night, featuring a well-lit counter, shelves of bottles, and various colorful hanging lamps, with a dark, reflective atmosphere.
  • A small Marshall guitar amplifier sits on the floor beside a bed with white bedding, near a modern chair and under a wall-mounted lamp in a stylish, wood-paneled room.
  • A bright room with a bed in the foreground, an open glass door leading to a balcony with a table, chairs, a potted plant, and a building with tiled roof and windows in the background.
  • Two women with long blonde hair talk indoors. One, wearing a white crop top and jeans, smiles excitedly; the other, in a striped shirt, has a visible arm tattoo. The background is softly lit with sheer curtains.
  • Modern lounge area with a gray armchair, black armchair, gold side tables, plants, and a red patterned rug. A dark wall behind displays colorful letters spelling “LEAN LUXURY.” Large windows provide natural light.
  • A couple holding hands walks along a wooden boardwalk by a lake at sunset, with a tall water fountain spraying in the background and city lights starting to glow.
  • A modern tram travels down a street lined with historic European buildings, passing by pedestrians and a store called MANOR on an overcast day.
  • A smiling woman with blonde hair and sunglasses on her head sits at an outdoor table, holding her phone and taking a photo. There’s a drink and a menu on the table, with another person in the foreground.
