Dolce Vita in Florence – Ruby Bea

Above Florence’s terracotta rooftops, Ruby Bea’s rooftop blends casual comfort with Renaissance romance. Sip your Aperol Spritz and take in the city’s rich history – a perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. We’re open daily from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, from Easter through October.

Sky-High in Düsseldorf – Ruby Coco, Luna & Leni

Three of our Düsseldorf hotels invite you to explore the city from above:

 

Ruby Coco: Fancy a glass of Chardonnay above the Königsallee? Ruby Coco’s rooftop serves up stylish drinks and insider vibes right in the heart of the famous shopping boulevard. Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, with bar service all day.

 

Ruby Leni: How about breakfast in the fresh air? On Ruby Leni’s rooftop, you can start your day with coffee, croissants, and sunshine. We’re open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

 

Ruby Luna: Your after-work drink just got an upgrade. Ruby Luna’s rooftop offers top-notch drinks and beautiful skyline views – plus a touch of space-age flair. Open Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and weekends from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Looking for a peaceful moment by the water? Ruby Claire’s rooftop is made for starlit evenings and romantic nights for two. Open Sunday to Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am, and Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am.

Maritime Charm in Hamburg – Ruby Lotti

Right on the canal in the heart of Hamburg, Ruby Lotti’s waterfront terrace is a hidden gem with water views and chilled-out charm. Whether under fairy lights or in the glow of the sunset, this is where you’ll feel the soul of the city. Open daily from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Fairytale Feels in Munich – Ruby Lilly & Rosi

Two rooftops, one city – both perfect for soaking up Munich’s charm:

 

Ruby Lilly: With views of the old botanical garden, Ruby Lilly’s rooftop is ideal for winding down after a day in town. Expect laid-back vibes and city flair – no dress code required. Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

 

Ruby Rosi: Just steps from the main station, Ruby Rosi’s rooftop is a whimsical hideaway of colourful tiles, lush greenery, and Bavarian charm. Open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

City Calm & Golden Hours in Vienna – Ruby Marie & Lissi

Two terraces, one city – both made for a little pause above Vienna’s buzz:

 

Ruby Marie: Just off Mariahilfer Straße, Ruby Marie’s rooftop terrace is your city break above the city break. Start slow with yoga or breakfast al fresco, settle into a lounger or giant beanbag with a book, or let the day end with a cocktail in the evening light. Open in fair weather – please ask a host for opening times during your stay.

 

Ruby Lissi: Tucked away near Vienna’s historic heart, Ruby Lissi’s rooftop terrace is our newest little gem above the city. Think slow mornings with coffee, sunny afternoons with your favourite person, and golden-hour drinks that might just turn into starry nights. Open in fair weather – please ask a host for opening times during your stay.

Urban Escape in Amsterdam – Ruby Emma

Ruby Emma’s terrace is the ultimate place to relax and recharge, just moments from the Amstel River. Sip your favourite drink and soak up the calm, cityside vibes. The terrace is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Feel the London Buzz – Ruby Stella

High above the streets of Farringdon, Ruby Stella’s courtyard terrace blends city energy with chilled-out charm. Whether you're starting your day with a flat white or winding down with something stronger, it’s the ideal spot to soak in the vibrant atmosphere. Open daily from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. 

Roman sun above the city – Ruby Giulia

With views stretching towards the heart of Rome, Ruby Giulia’s rooftop has seen a few secrets in its time. Once a lookout spot made for surveillance, it’s now a sun-soaked, split-level terrace made for much better things: cappuccino in the morning light, iced coffee in the shade, or a Negroni Sbagliato while the sun slips behind the rooftops. Open in fair weather – please ask a host for opening times during your stay.
