What does it take to make a place great? Obviously an exceptional cook with TV experience, an unbeatable location, a lot of good humour and of course delicious food with the best and freshest ingredients. A visit to the Miznon is worthwhile, because there the Israeli celebrity chef Eyal Shani creates Mediterranean dishes of the extra class and renounces everything that could distract from the food. This includes fancy interiors and plates, because you won't find them in Miznon. It's all about the pleasure of simplicity, and the concept is fortunately a complete success. By the way, our absolute favourite among the dishes is cauliflower, for which Miznon is also very well known. It is served whole, cooked and baked in the oven and simply tastes great. What you order, for example stuffed pitas, lamb patties or bananas in chili-chocolate sauce, you get yourself at the bar and hopefully eat a lot of different food and a good bottle of wine with friends.
