Ruby Leni makes an entrance

Spotlight on Ruby Leni

After a long time of writing the script, rehearsing and building the stage, we can finally say: Curtain up for Ruby Leni, our second hotel in Dusseldorf and the newest addition to our family.

Restored and restyled, Ruby Leni’s returning to her roots. Originally opened as a hotel in 1904, her theatrical potential was quickly spotted and just a few years later the building was transformed into the Dusseldorfer Schauspielhaus. It quickly made its name as one of Europe’s most important and influential theatres. The group’s ground-breaking production of Goethe’s Faust was even captured in a movie production, and the character of Helena set the stage for Leni’s name.

With such a rich cultural history, our designers were spoilt for choice. Retro lines, plush fabrics and carefully chosen vintage pieces combined with artistic modern touches, giving every stay a dash of theatrical glamour.

The 170 luxuriously furnished rooms reflect the hotel’s Lean Luxury philosophy: luxury in small spaces, with cherry-wood paneling, real-wood floors, fine fabrics and an athmospheric lighting concept. Our rooms at Ruby Leni await you with luxurious extra-large beds, open glass rain showers, our own Ruby care amenities and a Marshall speaker box. A personal tablet concierge will help you make the most of your stay.

May we introduce:

Leni is not just the newest addition to our Ruby family, it also has some characteristics that we newly introduced: our Resident Rooms, which are a little more spacious and additionally equipped with a bigger wardrobe, a small fridge and a coffee machine. Residents also have access to the residents' kitchen and lounge. For stays of seven nights or more, we offer a special extended-stay rate, with significant discounts for your stay.

Being located only a three-minute stroll from the boutiques and cafés of Königsallee as well as the old town, Ruby Leni offers a charming retreat in the heart of Düsseldorf. Weave through pretty squares, drop in on a museum and stop off for a coffee en route to the Rhine.

The final rehearsal is successfully done and we're ready to rock the stage of Ruby Leni. Buy your ticket in form of our opening special from € 69 incl. breakfast. We're looking forward to see you in our audience.
