Ruby Hanna and Ruby Fred lie in the heart of Stuttgart’s shopping quarter, a short stroll from the city’s main sights.
Shopping
Follow your nose along Königstrasse past designer stores and high street favourites until you reach the striking cube that is the Kunstmuseum. Packed with contemporary and modern art, there’s also a rooftop restaurant with great views out over the city.
Food and Drinks
If street food is more your style, be sure to stop off at Markthalle. This bustling, colourful indoor market is a great place to grab some bits for a picnic, along with fresh fruit and veg, and store cupboard staples. On a sunny day, make a beeline for Schlossgarten, stopping off for a snifter at the friendly beer garden.
For wine connoisseurs, there's no shortage of tasting and tours. From vineyard hikes with stops for samples and tours by tractor trailer, to luxury tastings with raclette on tap, there's something for every palate and price-range.
Nature and Museums
For a walk on the wild side, head to Wilhelma
– Stuttgart’s historic zoological-botanical garden. As well as being a beautiful setting for a stroll, it's one of the most biodiverse zoos in the world.
And of course who’d come to Stuttgart without taking the Mercedes Benz or Porsche Museum for a spin? Both are 20-30 minutes from Ruby Hanna by S-Bahn and well worth a visit.
