Discover our hotel and workspace in Stuttgart

People walk in a city square with a column topped by a statue in the center, surrounded by historic buildings, green lawns, and distant hills under a cloudy sky.

Take Stuttgart for a spin

Book your stay in the city centre

Although it's most famous as the home of fast cars and high-tech industry, there's more to Stuttgart that speed. In fact, the "city between forest and vines" is an ideal place to slow the pace. Encircled by vineyards, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to wine-tasting. And the city's galleries and green spaces offer a relaxing backdrop for idle daydreaming.

And when you're ready to accelerate again, the Mercedes Benz and Porsche museums are both a short hop from our hotel Ruby Hanna and our workspace Ruby Fred.

Ruby Hanna
Hotel & Bar

Housed in a former wine merchant’s warehouse in a city surrounded by vineyards, Ruby Hanna is a love letter to the region's centuries-old wine-making story. From copper stills and antique casks, to lab apparatus, weights and measures, Hanna's design celebrates the age of alchemists – the pioneers who first turned humble grapes into purest wine.

Explore the neighbourhood

Ruby Hanna and Ruby Fred lie in the heart of Stuttgart’s shopping quarter, a short stroll from the city’s main sights.

Shopping

Follow your nose along Königstrasse past designer stores and high street favourites until you reach the striking cube that is the Kunstmuseum. Packed with contemporary and modern art, there’s also a rooftop restaurant with great views out over the city.

Food and Drinks

If street food is more your style, be sure to stop off at Markthalle. This bustling, colourful indoor market is a great place to grab some bits for a picnic, along with fresh fruit and veg, and store cupboard staples. On a sunny day, make a beeline for Schlossgarten, stopping off for a snifter at the friendly beer garden.

For wine connoisseurs, there's no shortage of tasting and tours. From vineyard hikes with stops for samples and tours by tractor trailer, to luxury tastings with raclette on tap, there's something for every palate and price-range.

Nature and Museums

For a walk on the wild side, head to Wilhelma – Stuttgart’s historic zoological-botanical garden. As well as being a beautiful setting for a stroll, it's one of the most biodiverse zoos in the world.

And of course who’d come to Stuttgart without taking the Mercedes Benz or Porsche Museum for a spin? Both are 20-30 minutes from Ruby Hanna by S-Bahn and well worth a visit.
