Housed in a former wine merchant’s warehouse, the 24-hour bar at Ruby Hanna draws inspiration from the age of alchemists – the pioneers who first turned humble grapes into purest wine.


Settle in among the oak casks and vintage vats, test tubes, weights and measures that chart the journey from grape to glass. Then dive into a snifter of something delicious.


Alongside wine, we also serve up a moreish menu of cocktails and beers, along with tasty softies and freshly brewed barista coffee.


Fancy a little something on the side? Our Italian-inspired pizzas, piadine and piatti are just the job.
