Blending 90s glitz with 50s glamour, the 24-hour bar at Ruby Ella is designed in sleek TV studio style, in a nod to our plot's past life. Let us mix you a drink, then make like a talk show host and take your seat among the mics, spotlights and musical instruments.


By day, it's a laidback spot to take a break from the city. Come sunset, the playful neon signs blink on and the cocktail game gets serious.


If you're after a refresher, the local Kölsch is hard to beat. Our talented team also whips up classic cocktails, alongside wine, softies and of course, freshly brewed barista coffee. 


Fancy a little something on the side? Our Italian-inspired pizzas, piadine and piatti are just the job.
