Inspired by the globe-trotting Empress Elisabeth, the 24-hour bar at Ruby Lissi is a love letter to the golden age of travel – with a tongue-in-cheek revolutionary twist.


Overlooked by a regal family portrait (with a few anarchic embellishments), plush, buttoned couches and leather banquettes recall the royal palaces and railway waiting rooms of Lissi’s day, while antique luggage stands waiting to be loaded. All that’s missing is the whistle and a hefty puff of steam.


For world travellers and adventurous souls, our signature cocktails are hard to beat. We also serve up wines, beers and tasty softies, along with freshly brewed barista coffee.
