Recalling Ruby Sofie's former life in the limelight, the 24-hour bar boasts a friendly, backstage vibe. Take a seat among the spotlights and musical memorabilia to catch up with friends or sip cocktails in a cosy corner.


On a sunny evening, grab a drink at the bar, then make a beeline for the 5th-floor roof terrace. Then, sit back and catch the last few rays with a chilled glass of something delicious. 


While our signature spritz is hard to beat, we also serve up wine, beer and tasty softies, along with freshly brewed barista coffee.


Fancy a little something on the side? Our Italian-inspired pizzas, piadine and piatti are just the job.
