The Ruby Emma Hotel with 291 rooms has opened in the up-and-coming Amstelkwartier district in Amsterdam. For the first time, Ruby Group combines two of its successful products together: with a design hotel and an innovative co-working space in one.
The Munich-based Ruby Group is now offering all employees a share in the hotel group’s profits and are also introducing a new 35-hour work week with no change in salary for employees.
In the heart of the Bavarian capital, the second hotel of the Ruby Group has opened: the Ruby Rosi, with 101 rooms, a 24/7 bar, as well as a 260 sqm roof terrace, which is located right next to the main station.
The Munich-based Ruby Group is now offering potential new employees something that sounds a bit unusual initially, but in times of staff shortages, creative, unusual, and courageous approaches are needed in recruitment.
The Munich-based group recently opened its first hotel in Geneva, Ruby Claire. It is the group's second hotel in Switzerland. Located in the heart of Geneva's old town, the design hotel features 211 rooms, two rooftop terraces and a 24/7 bar.
Ruby continues its expansion in Europe with the opening of its first hotel in Amsterdam this May with 288 rooms across 21 floors.
