Ruby has opened its latest lean luxury hotel in the heart of Stuttgart's city center. Ruby Hanna Hotel & Bar comprises 148 rooms and is located in the well-known city quarter "Das Gerber". For the first time in Germany, Ruby is combining its two successful products in one place: a design hotel and an innovative co-working space. Ruby Fred Workspaces extends over 1,425 square meters in “Das Gerber” and offers 196 workstations and extensive meeting rooms.
In the heart of London, Ruby is opening its newest Lean Luxury Hotel. Ruby Zoe Hotel & Bar is the hotel group's second location in the English capital with 173 rooms, 455 sq. ft. of bar & café space and its own vinyl shop.
The Munich-based hotel group is realizing its second hotel project in Ireland which will be situated in Middle Abbey Street in the heart of Dublin city centre. Ruby will realize a hotel project with 257 rooms together with its partner Fitzwilliam Real Estate and is projected to open in late 2025.
The prestigious hotel industry award “Hotelier of the Year - Special Award” presented by the ahgz goes to Ruby founder & CEO Michael Struck in 2023. The Ruby Group continues to expand and is now bringing its Lean Luxury philosophy to France. In the heart of Marseille, BNP Paribas Real Estate is launching a Ruby Hotel with 237 rooms and an adjoining workspace of approximately 1,000 sqm.
The Ruby Group has secured its second project in Italy. In the heart of the Italian capital Rome, Ruby will realize a hotel with approximately 165 rooms together with ECE Work & Live as project developer and investor.
