Since the beginning of the year, Ruby has enabled fathers to take up to 10 days of paternity leave after childbirth, with full pay.
Led by Michael Struck, Ruby is working with ARA Europe to build a new hotel with 272 rooms and over 500 m2 of public areas, continuing the group’s international expansion drive.
After London and Dublin, Edinburgh follows. At the end of 2025, the Lean Luxury Group will open a Ruby Hotel with around 300 rooms in the Scottish capital.
In September, the Ruby Group opened its fourth co-working space in the heart of Vienna. Ruby Paul, with 447 flexible, fully serviced workspaces, can be found in the historic ‘Alte Post’ in Vienna's first district.
The Ruby Emma Hotel with 291 rooms has opened in the up-and-coming Amstelkwartier district in Amsterdam. For the first time, Ruby Group combines two of its successful products together: with a design hotel and an innovative co-working space in one.
The Munich-based Ruby Group is now offering all employees a share in the hotel group’s profits and are also introducing a new 35-hour work week with no change in salary for employees.
