But Farringdon isn’t just historic - it's Dickens’ legacy. Not only did the Victorian great live and write many of his works in this well-known part of town, but it also served as a stage for Dickens' famous novel 'The Pickwick Papers'. In this masterpiece the novelist brings to life humorous characters (The Pickwicks) to play with the many social and cultural contrasts of Victorian era London.

Farringdon's history turned into our creative goldmine, inspiring our design team to conjure up a hip yet vintage bookish paradise.
